I graduated from the University of Reading with a BSc in Real Estate (2:1), with a First Class final year project. During my job search I became interested in how AI and data could be applied to property intelligence — so I built my own platform to find out.
Both projects on this site were built entirely using AI-assisted development — no prior coding experience. I directed Claude to design, build and deploy full-stack applications, learning how to use AI as a genuine productivity tool rather than a shortcut.
